Does Maison Luxury East operate the aircraft directly?
No. MLE does not own, operate, or charter aircraft. All aviation services are arranged through vetted third-party partners and licensed operators. MLE is your single point of coordination — not the operator or airline. All aircraft, crew, and operational decisions are the responsibility of the confirmed operator.
Can MLE support both private jets and helicopters?
Yes. MLE's partner network covers private jet charter across all aircraft categories as well as helicopter services — including scenic aerial experiences, destination tours, estate and helipad transfers, and yacht-to-shore coordination. Are empty-leg flights guaranteed?
No. Empty-leg availability depends entirely on operator repositioning schedules, routes, and timing. Where opportunities align with a client's needs, MLE can present them. Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice and cannot be guaranteed until operator confirmation is received.
